At Kodiak, everything is built around one purpose — less downtime, lower maintenance cost, and machines that keep moving.
Downtime is the expensive part. Not the grease — the machine sitting still, the crew standing around, the job that slips a day because a pin seized or an auto-lube quit in the cold.
Our Predator Series greases are built on calcium sulphonate thickeners. The thickener itself carries the load and resists water — it is not an additive that depletes as you work the grease. That is why one cartridge can handle pins, bushings, wheel bearings and auto-lube lines instead of three different products. Fewer drums on the shelf, fewer wrong-grease mistakes, longer intervals between re-greasing.
Apex PAO EP2
Our flagship grease, and the one we put up against anything on the shelf. A fully synthetic PAO base oil on a calcium sulphonate complex thickener — the thickener itself carries the load and resists water, so the protection does not fade away as additives deplete. Built for the positions that decide your week: heavily loaded pins and bushings, slew rings and wheel ends, where a failure means the machine sits down.

Extreme Duty EP2
Severe-duty protection in a synthetic, without the PAO price tag. The calcium sulphonate thickener carries the load and shrugs off water as part of its own structure, not through additives that wear out. Made for where the load is the whole problem — crusher bearings, shovel pins and shock-loaded equipment.

Heavy Duty EP2

Built for automated and centralized lubrication. Wheel Bearing & Multipurpose EP2
A true multipurpose grease for wheel ends, pins and bushings. Excellent water resistance and a film that stays in the bearing through wet, muddy work instead of washing out. If you want one cartridge that covers most of the truck, this is the one.

EP0 · NLGI GRADE 0 — PUMPABLE IN DEEP COLD
Arctic Flow EP0
Built for machines that still have to work when it is brutally cold. An NLGI 0 grade that stays pumpable through long auto-lube lines at temperatures where heavier greases simply stop moving, then carries its load once it reaches the point. It keeps the auto-lube system doing its job right through a Northern winter.

Onyx Creep Moly Spray
A creeping moly lubricant that works its way into tight, seized and hard-to-reach assemblies. Penetrants
1911 Penetrant Spray
A fast-acting penetrant for rusted, seized and frozen fasteners. Low surface tension pulls it down into threads and corroded joints so you can break them loose instead of breaking them off. Bag-on-valve delivery means it sprays upside down and in tight spots, and the can empties almost completely.
